Proposals and votes
Each noble house proposes a regional privilege. Regional stewards vote on those proposals. Privileges can affect matters such as capital efficiency, maintenance or the number of traders; these examples are not a complete list.
The Assembly panel shows proposals, voting portraits and a convene control. You can inspect expected voting outcomes and choose when to convene.
Where can the winning privilege go?
Once a proposal wins, you may choose a beneficiary only from regions whose stewards voted for that proposal. A desirable region that voted against it is not automatically eligible.
House relationships affect steward decisions. Influence within your own house can also affect voting. Plan around the eligible voters, not just the privilege you would like to obtain.
Unlock more Assemblies
Completing the King’s tasks unlocks more Assemblies. The number shown in a particular save is not a universal starting allowance, and the full first-unlock task sequence is not listed here.
Keep an eye on house power
If one house accumulates more power than the other two combined, it can convene an Assembly itself and impose corrupt privileges that harm a region’s economy.
Removing a corrupt privilege can upset that house. The condition is more than the other two combined, rather than merely matching their sum.
Demo and Early Access
The October Demo includes the Assembly interface and can show an imposed corruption privilege. That does not establish a fixed number of meetings for every new game.
The public Demo is limited to one map, settlement level 2 and Commoners. Higher settlement tiers and additional production content belong to the planned Early Access expansion. Do not treat higher-tier preview footage as a route past the Demo’s cap.
