What is included?
The October 2026 Demo contains one map, settlements up to level 2, and the Commoner population tier. It is enough to work with settlement development and early production and trade.
Early Access is planned to extend settlement progression to level 4 and add Artisans, Patricians and more production content. Those higher-tier systems are not part of the public Demo’s stated limits.

Early Access save compatibility is a future commitment, not a guarantee established by a released EA build. Keep the distinction between the June and October Demos when following older guides.
Will the Demo stay available?
The October launch announcement says the Demo is planned to remain available after Early Access begins. There is no confirmed end date here, and that plan should not be read as a promise of permanent availability.
Steam’s Demo page has a first-release date of 10 June 2026. The updated October Demo was announced on 15 October 2026; these describe different stages of the same Demo.
